Define the brand behind the content.
We explore your convictions, expertise, experiences, distinctive factors, point of view, what you support, what you reject, and the relationships you want to build.
Identify is mandatory and included in every program option, including this giveaway.
Initiate / Create
Build the content habit.
Create a repeatable system for expressing your ideas consistently. The goal is not perfection. It is creating enough to learn what formats, topics, and perspectives work for you and the people you want to reach, without burning out.
This is the module offered through the giveaway.
Improve
Use data to make small, intelligent changes.
We study hooks, retention, formats, topics, perspectives, and other signals to improve the content system without abandoning authenticity.
Invent
Experiment beyond what already works.
Once the system is sustainable, we explore new formats, campaigns, and ideas outside the established pattern, strategically, not randomly.

What is Create?
Create is the first content-habit module of The 4 I’s of Branding. It helps you build a sustainable system for creating content from your experience and expertise.
The public-facing name is Create. Within the four-I structure, it corresponds to Initiate.
What is included in the giveaway?
Four selected participants will receive Create, with Identify, the foundation module, included.
Create is delivered online, with an estimated duration of 2 to 3 months.

Is this a social-media management service?
No. Branding by Batista is coaching. You will learn how to build and operate your own personal-brand content system rather than handing your content over to a manager or copying a collection of templates.
Do I need to be an influencer?
No. You do not need to be an influencer, have a large following, or create trend-based content. You need real experiences or expertise to communicate and a willingness to build the habit of creating.
Is the giveaway only for luxury-management students?
No. Luxury-management students are an important part of the intended audience, but the giveaway is also designed for emerging professionals in related fields such as hospitality, fashion, design, and other luxury-facing careers.
The giveaway is open to high-performing, ambitious professionals who are starting, or want to start, their personal brand. Entrants must be 18 or over and based in the EU or the USA.
What does “trust, not just views” mean?
It means that attention alone is not the final objective. The goal is to create content that helps the right people understand what you know, what you care about, and why they should remember or trust you.
How does the referral mechanic work?
After registering, you may recommend a friend or colleague. If that person completes a valid registration and is selected as a winner, you also receive the prize as the referring registered participant.
